2. Greatmade send Quotation as per customer's request .
3. Customer Purchase order confirmation .
4. Greatmade make the Proforma Invoice and Banking details .
5. Customer settle T/T payment in advance , Greatmade arrange production and delivery .
6. Greatmade confirm the Delivery date , and consult with customer if the delivery is acceptable .
7 .Greatmade confirm the receipt of payment and arrange shipment .
8. Greatmade Give the tracking information to Customer .
Terms and Conditions of Cooperation :
Shipment: Via DHL/TNT/UPS/Fedex/Aramex , Door to Door service . Both freight prepay and freight collect is workable . Weight gets to 45kg , we could arrange by Air shipping ( Door to Airport )
Payment : 100% T/T payment in advance .
Delivery : Basically , shipment will be delivery within 5 work days upon receipt of payment, if have stock quantities , we will arrange shipment immediately upon receipt of payment . It should be actually depended on the items and quantities you are going to order !

After sales :
1. During the warranty ,regarding any quality problem ,we will offer free replacement service , undertake the shipping cost .
2. Within 1 month since the ex-factory date ,if found the ordered items didn't match with the monitor . Then we could offer free replacement . The Shipping cost will be covered by the one part who made the wrong order
3. If customer cancel the order, will be charged 25% re-stocking fee.
